Refund policy

We aim to meet your expectations with what you have ordered, and in the case of a Return or Exchange - we want to make the process easy.

Sometimes items get damaged in delivery, other times in the world of Art, there may be a print issue or other issue with the framing received.  In all cases, we will work with you to make it right!

We would prefer to Not load this page with a bunch of legal jargon, and instead simply outline our returns process, and equip our customers with the ability to initiate a return or exchange immediately.
  • Returns window is 30 days from the date of the item being received (per Tracking confirmation).
  • Once the mounting hardware has been installed by the customer, the item cannot be returned, only exchanged for store credit, but may receive a 20% restocking fee.  Sometimes customers take advantage of Art sellers by "borrowing" an Art piece for a house sale, or other short term need, then Return the item.  This causes massive losses for companies like us; so we have put forth what we feel is the most fair solution with this return process.
  • Returns for reasons outside of the Company's control will not be covered (buyer's remorse, a gift that was not well received, changed your mind).  Please understand that all items ordered are custom made to order. 
  • Damages happen - we will be happy to replace items that were damaged in transit; but all damage claims need to be made within 30 days from receiving the item from a shipping provider.
  • Gift Exchanges - if you received a gift item from someone, but do not like the item; we will gladly offer you store credit for the item, once it has been received back to us (at customer expense).  Additionally; there will be a one time flat rate fee of $10 for Shipping the replacement. 
  • We have set up our flat rate shipping policy so that all items can ship at an affordable cost.  Please know that in most cases the actual shipping cost is more than that, which we are happy to share the cost.  What that means for you is in the case of returns or exchanges, there may be a one-time shipping fee applied to the new item.
